A typical Design/Build project allows the owner to deal with a single point of responsibility for the complete project. All design, engineering and construction is done by a team of design professionals working directly with Robert Construction as a single entity.
This approach allows for the highest level of collaboration between the owner, contractor and designers which can lead to a final project that delivers very high levels of user friendliness while offering shorter design to move-in times, combined with the potential of lower total design, construction and operating costs.
