Robert Construction was founded by Robert Lafortune on April 1st, 1963. The company has always specialized in commercial construction with the early years being marked by many successful projects for local school boards and the federal government.
In 1998 Mr. Lafortune retired from a company that had evolved to focus on private clients specializing in commercial construction for organizations ranging from the LCBO to the Royal Bank. Upon his retirement Lee Harrington assumed full management for the company and continued the tradition of successful growth marked by maintaining and expanding our loyal client base.
We pride ourselves on giving our clients premium quality with a ‘hands on’ approach. We have maintained our integrity as a family business that prides itself on reliability and quality workmanship. We continue to offer construction and management services as well as cost advice to our clients and consultants.
